宋玉麟，1947年生，江苏太仓人。现为中国美术家协会理事、江苏省文学艺术界联合会副主席、江苏省美术家协会主席、国家一级美术师，中国国家画院国画院研究员。曾任江苏省美术馆馆长、江苏省国画院院长等职。1969年毕业于上海戏剧学院舞台美术系。

Song Yulin was born in 1947 in Taicang, Jiangsu. He is director of China Artists Association, vice chair of Jiangsu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, chair of Jiangsu Artists Association, a national first-level artist, and a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting. He was curator of Jiangsu Art Museum curator and president of Jiangsu Province Academy of Chinese Painting. In 1969, he graduated from the Stage Art Department of Shanghai Theater Academy.
