画家简介

袁武，1959年生于吉林省吉林市。现为北京画院专业画家、中国国家画院国画院研究员。系中国美术家协会理事、国家一级美术师。曾任解放军艺术学院美术系副主任、北京画院副院长。1984年毕业于东北师范大学艺术系，获学士学位；1995年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系，获硕士学位。

Yuan Wu was born in 1959 in Jilin City, Jilin Province. He is a professional painter at Beijing Fine Art Academy and a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting. He is a member of China Artists Association and a national top-level artist. He was the deputy dean of the Fine Art Department of People’s Liberation Army Academy of Fine Arts, and vice president of Beijing Fine Art Academy. He graduated from Northeast Normal University in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree. In 1995, he graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of Central Academy of Fine Arts with a master’s degree.
