马国强，1952年生于河南驻马店。现为中国国家画院国画院研究员。系中国美术家协会理事。曾任河南省文学艺术界联合会主席、河南省美术家协会主席。1975年毕业于河南大学美术系中国画专业。

Ma Guoqiang was born in 1952 in Zhumadian, Henan. He is a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting, and a council member of China Artists Association. He was the chair of Henan Federation of Literary and Art Circles and chair of Henan Artists Association. In 1975, he graduated with a degree in Chinese painting from the Department of Fine Arts of Henan University.
