李孝萱，1959年生于天津。现为天津美术学院中国画学院院长、中国国家画院国画院研究员。1982年毕业于天津美术学院中国画系，获学士学位。

Li Xiaoxuan was born in 1959 in Tianjin. He is the dean of the Chinese Painting School of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting. He graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree.
