董小明，1948年生于香港。现为广东省文学艺术界联合会副主席、深圳市美术家协会名誉主席、关山月美术馆名誉馆长、深圳画院院长、中国国家画院国画院研究员。系中国美术家协会理事、国家一级美术师。毕业于浙江美术学院（现中国美术学院）版画系。

Dong Xiaoming was born in 1948 in Hong Kong. He is currently vice chair of the Guangdong Province Federation of Literary and Art Circles, honorary chair of Shenzhen Artists Association, honorary curator of Guanshanyue Art Museum, dean of Shenzhen Art Academy, and a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting. He is a member of China Artists Association and a national top-level artist. He graduated from the Woodblock Painting Department of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Art).
