苗再新，1953年生于山东栖霞。现为解放军美术书法研究院艺术委员会委员、武警部队美术书法研究院副院长、中国国家画院国画院研究员、高研班导师。系中国美术家协会理事、中国画艺术委员会委员、中国画学会常务理事、中国艺术研究院中国画院研究员、北京市文史研究馆馆员、北京市美术家协会中国画艺术委员会副主任、山东省美术家协会特聘顾问、国家一级美术师。毕业于解放军艺术学院。

Miao Zaixin was born in 1953 in Qixia, Shandong. He is a member of the Arts Committee of PLA Academy of Fine Arts and Calligraphy, vice president of the Research Institute of Fine Arts and Calligraphy of Armed Police Forces, and a research fellow of the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting and an instructor of the academy’s advanced research class. He is a member of China Artists Association, a member of Chinese Painting Arts Committee, an executive director of Chinese Painting Society, a research fellow at the Chinese Painting Institute of Chinese National Academy of Art, a member of Beijing Museum of Literature and History, deputy director of the Chinese Painting Art Committee of Beijing Artists Association, an advisor to Shandong Artists Association, and a national top-level artist. He graduated from the PLA Academy of Arts.
