刘庆和，1961年生于天津。现任中央美术学院中国画学院教授，中国国家画院国画院研究员。1987年毕业于中央美术学院民间美术系，获学士学位。1989年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系，获硕士学位。

Liu Qinghe was born in Tianjin in 1961. He is a professor at the School of Chinese Painting Institute of Central Academy of Fine Arts and a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting. In 1987, he graduated from the Folk Art Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor’s degree. In 1989, he graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting with a master’s degree.
